What I Saw

Hi, I’m Meena Fonseca.

My background is not from a therapy room.
It comes from 25 years inside organisations.

People come in saying they have a communication problem, lack confidence, or are burnt out.

But what’s actually happening is different.

I have seen this across roles, industries, and seniority levels.
From first-time managers to senior leaders in global organisations.

And I have watched the same shift happen.

The moment someone sees their own pattern clearly,
they begin to respond differently.

Meena Fonseca

You are not here by accident.

Something brought you to this page.

A pattern you cannot shift.

A reaction you do not fully understand.

Or a quiet sense that something underneath keeps getting in the way.

I know that feeling, not because I read about it, but because I lived it for 25 years.

For most of my corporate career, everything looked successful from the outside. I co-founded a BPO that grew to 500+ employees, led large teams, and made high-stakes decisions where composure was expected and doubt stayed private.

And I kept mine very private.

At 11pm, long after meetings ended, I was still replaying them. Wondering whether the confidence others saw in me was something I was performing rather than truly feeling.

The work was good. The results were there. Yet something underneath kept shaping how I thought, reacted, and led.

Over time I recognised what it was.

Not a lack of capability.

An emotional pattern — quiet, automatic, deeply familiar.

Learning to see it clearly changed everything. The mental noise softened. Conversations became calmer. Decisions became clearer.

That realization became my purpose, helping professionals build ”Emotional clarity” through coaching.

In 2020, at age 49, I founded Mind Appraisers. Today I hold the ICF PCC credential, earned by fewer than 5% of coaches in India, and have completed 3,000+ coaching hours with professionals across industries and countries.

Most professionals are not lacking capability.

They are often carrying emotional patterns they were never shown how to recognise themselves.

That is the work we do together here.

Why I Do This Work

I did not start in emotional coaching.
I spent 25 years inside organisations. Corporate roles, entrepreneurship, and building something from scratch. I co-founded a BPO that scaled to 500 people.

There were also moments where I recognised these patterns in myself.

That is when this work became personal.

The professionals who moved through this had one thing in common.

They could see their own patterns clearly, in the moments that mattered.

And respond with clarity instead of reaction.

 That is the work I do now.
